We are providing skill-based trainings to women and men in our Vocational Centre in Lahore. The trades include: stitching, beautician, computer skills, carpet weaving and other technical skills. We have also provided skill trainings to more than 700 survivors of Gender-based violence in Lahore and other urban areas.  In just last 5 years, we have organized workshops for skill development and business management for almost 12,000 rural women in Rahim Yar Khan, Jafarabad, Nowshera, Kashmore and Badin. FACES Pakistan has developed linkages to provide financial support to these women for establishing their businesses and for improving their access to the market. HEED has also established numerous accessible skill development centres and business incubation centres for these women in the targeted areas to further enhance their entrepreneurial capacities.
